01 / How it works
Earned by testing. Checkable by anyone.
Pass a paid test
Your chatbot needs no urgent issues (nothing in Fix ASAP) and a score of 90 or more. If it doesn't pass first time, fix the issues and re-test.
Get your certificate and badge
A certificate for your records and a badge for your website, both with a unique number.
Anyone can check it
The badge links to a public page on our site showing whether the certificate is genuine and still current.
Change the bot, re-test
The certificate covers one version of your chatbot. Change its instructions, AI model or setup and it needs a new test.
It does mean
- This version of the chatbot was tested by Cendo Labs on the date shown
- No urgent issues were found against your real prices and policies
- The details on the verification page are genuine
- It passed the same bar as every other chatbot, including bots we helped fix
It doesn't mean
- The chatbot can never make a mistake
- Later versions of the chatbot have been tested
- Cendo Labs is an official or government certification body
