02 / Why we don't build
Independent on purpose.
A tester that also builds chatbots is grading its own homework. Keeping the two apart is what makes a "Tested by Cendo Labs" badge mean something.
So we leave building to the specialists and stay the independent check. Every chatbot we help bring to life is tested by the same rules as everyone else's, and gets no special treatment because we made the introduction.

Does Cendo Labs build chatbots?
No, on purpose. We test chatbots, and we can only do that independently if we don't build them. When a business needs a chatbot built, we introduce a build partner instead.
How do you choose the build partner?
We introduce partners who build customer-service chatbots and agree to have the bots they build tested before launch. We match you on what the chatbot needs to do, the platforms involved and your budget.
Do you get paid for the introduction?
Yes. If you go ahead with a partner, they pay us a referral fee. We tell you this upfront, and you agree the price of the build directly with them.
Do I have to use the partner you introduce?
No. The introduction is free and there's no obligation. If you build with someone else, we're still happy to test the result.
Is the test before launch included?
The test is a separate service from the build, so you see exactly what you're paying for. You can book it as a handover test before you sign off the project.
